This page is maintained by GRVTi Solutions to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and client engagements. It describes current practices and enabled controls — it is not an independent certification or audit.
Account access.
Internal admin areas require authenticated sign-in. Roles are stored server-side and enforced on every protected request.
Platform context.
The site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform with managed backend services. Lovable provides the underlying platform capabilities; GRVTi Solutions is responsible for the application content and configuration.
Card data.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's PCI-compliant payment form and are never stored on our servers.
What we collect and why.
Contact data
Name, email and message content you submit through contact or booking forms. Used solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver requested services.
Payment data
Order metadata (plan, amount, status) is stored on our side. Card numbers and CVCs are handled exclusively by Stripe.
Operational logs
Basic request and error logs for reliability and abuse prevention. Not used for advertising profiling.
Retention & deletion
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data you've shared with us by emailing the contact below.
Who helps us run the service.
